Welcome to Acuaryo Aquarium Manager (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Acuaryo mobile application (the “App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Acuaryo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.

1. About Acuaryo

Acuaryo is an aquarium-management application that helps users record aquarium details, track water parameters, organize fauna, schedule tasks, and maintain healthy aquariums.
Some features are available for free, while others require an optional premium subscription.

These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age required in your country to use the App.
By using Acuaryo, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

Some features require creating an account or signing in using Google, Apple, or another supported provider.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials private
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We are not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Acuaryo offers optional Premium features through in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.

4.1 Payment

All payments, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled directly by:

• Apple App Store, or
• Google Play Store

We do not process or store your payment details.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription directly in your device’s store settings.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google, according to their policies.

5. User Content

The App allows you to add personal and aquarium-related information such as:

• Aquarium type, volume, and installation date
• Water measurements (pH, temperature, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, etc.)
• Fauna entries (fish, plants, invertebrates)
• Tasks, reminders, and maintenance logs
• Notes and other content you optionally create

You retain ownership of the content you create.

By using the App, you grant us permission to store, process, and display this information solely to operate and improve the App.

You agree that:

• You are responsible for all content you add
• You will not upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• You will not abuse or exploit the App

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using Acuaryo, you agree to the collection and handling of your data as described there.

7. Acceptable Use Rules

You agree not to use Acuaryo in any way that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Attempts to reverse engineer, hack, or modify the App
• Interferes with servers, databases, or security
• Creates multiple accounts for abuse
• Uses bots, scrapers, or automated systems
• Uploads malware or harmful content

Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Acuaryo—icons, branding, design, graphics, and text—is owned by us or licensed to us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You retain rights to the content you create inside the App, as stated in Section 5.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• That data will never be lost
• Continued availability of all features

9.1 Right to Modify or Terminate the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify
• Suspend
• Limit
• Discontinue the App

—in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

This includes permanently shutting down the service or ending support for the App.
If the service is discontinued, users may lose access to cloud-synced data.

You agree that we are not liable for any impact resulting from modification, suspension, or termination of the service.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services such as login providers, analytics tools, crash-reporting systems, and subscription platforms (e.g., RevenueCat).

These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review.
We are not responsible for their actions, data handling, or failures.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

You use the App entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Loss of fish, aquarium issues, or biological consequences
• Loss of revenue or business
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues caused by third-party services
• Damages resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms

Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the total amount you paid for Acuaryo Premium in the previous 12 months.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the App
• Required by law
• The service is discontinued

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions in your store account.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
All updates will be published on our official website: acuaryo.com (or another official link you provide).

By continuing to use the App after updated Terms are posted, you agree to the revised version.
